911/02 (2,2S) engine with carburettors

Hi! I'm just in the process of buying a 911/02 (2.2S) engine with Abarth exhaust for my '69 Targa. It's missing the MFI and I've been thinking of running it with carburettors. Which carbs should I use, any comments?

Thanks!

These

Pair Weber 40mm 3C IDA carburettors - refurbished | eBay

Apology for the blatant salesmanship .......but note they were on an S engine, and therefore have larger venturis and main jets than standard

If not these, then PMO's .... modern Webers, great kit.

PMO High Performance Porsche 911 Carburetors & EFI & MFI Fuel Injection Kits

No commission for me on the latter though

Best regards
Mick
