What oil pump should I use in my 2.0 aluminum case engine for an upgrade?

You can go for a 4 rib pump, look for one with an aluminium body.

The 3.2 pump is similar but you will need a domed sump plate to accomodate the integrated screen.

Then there are bigger pumps which will fit if you clearance the case webs where needed.

What are you trying to achieve with this engine?

A Carrera with a Supertec flow mod will work for most applications.
If you have the stock pump, you can remove the screened pickup from the Carrera pump and install the pickup from your old pump. They simple glue in place.(remember to use a venturi screen 930 107 314 00)
Cheers
