Don at EBS! About 2 years ago I bought a set of pistons and liners from him. A couple of months ago, I started checking everything, and discovered that the wrist pins were the wrong size. Got in touch with Don, discussed the problem and he suggested sending the wrist pins and a piston so that he could find the correct ones. I also sent my rebuilt con-rods to be rebushed for the larger pins. Long story short, he took care of everything, basically only charged me for the rebushing work and a bit for the difference in the wrist pin cost. After two years, he could have just said that it wasn't his problem, but instead, jumped right in and got me the correct parts! Now that is service after the sale! Thanks Don!

If you can get past the cross dressing thing, Don is a great guy.
We had a similar issue just this week. We are assembling a turbo engine for a customer who supplied a new set of Mahle Ps&Cs he purchased from EBS some 8 months ago. The wrist pins were missing and after a simple call to Don, we had the missing parts within a few days , no charge (not even shipping). Absolutely above and beyond.
