Crank Pulley Bolt
I have been looking for a 'Flange Bolt' for the bottom pulley for a early 911 Engines but can't find one with a 12 x 1.5 pitch.
I thought I would try a 993 bolt but these are shown in the PET as being M14 x 1.5 x 33 and won't fit. Unbrako don't make a Durlock with the correct pitch and I haven't found one anywhere else. Any ideas? |

Is 999.093..005.02 (M12 x 1.5 x 22) too short? This is the factory bolt I have on my '87 3.2L engine. It's a Durlok and boy does it grip good.

Thanks,
I ordered one yesterday but didn't know it was a Durlock as the PET still shows a regular bolt with a spring washer and one of the UK after market suppliers shows hex head 'patch' bolt in a photograph. Last edited by chris_seven; 05-01-2013 at 11:09 PM.. |

The early bolt is a 12mm with a 19mm head and the Carrera bolt has 17mm head.
