That's the head casting. Look closer to the block. You may be able to see some more markings on the cylinder that will help.

If you are trying to see if you have Alusil or Nikasil, count the fins. Alusil will have 10 fins and Nikasil will have 11.

Alusil is on the LHS and Nikasil on the RHS in this photo
