Intake port height diff between 3.2 head and MFI head?
It is my understanding that an intake runner sits lower on a 3.2 head than it does on a MFI head. I am trying to figure out how much lower an MFI intake would be when mounted to a 3.2 head? Anyone here know the height difference?
Thanks.

Use the 3.2 intake insulators that are used with Carrera and you will raise the system.

I am aware of the insulators, but that is not the information I am looking for. I really do want to know the height difference for the purposes of custom machining a spacer, but I do not want the intake to sit higher than a stock MFI setup (for the purposes of having sufficient airbox clearance).
If anyone can tell me the thickness of the phenolic spacers, that might help. Thank you,

Yes, that is the plan. I know there are EFI injector blocks that can be used for this, but I believe they are too tall for my purposes. I do not want to raise the height of the MFI TB's and stacks so high that it messes up the linkage geometry or prevents me from running the stock airbox.
I have 3.2 heads on my car, so I would like to machine an adaptor that puts the injector in the stock location for a 3.2 (quite low). I am trying to get an idea of how much room I have to play with for the thickness of the adaptor before I start pushing the TBs above their stock height.

I made some injector blocks for mfi with 3.2 heads. They are slightly taller than stock. They may possibly be modded for EFI. If this is something that you could work with give me a call
