Installing an 84 915 in a 74

Does anyone have the steps required to convert the clutch cable set up for this replacement? I have a rebuilt 84 915 LSD to go behind the 3.6, but the clutch cable set up is different. Thanks.

You need to order the clutch cable for the 84, which is the 77 through 86 cable as long as you have the clutch levers for the 84. You need about 20 turns into the clutch clevis in the pedal area for proper adjustment.
And youre going to have to match the halfshafts and outer stub axels to the trans drives which should be the 76 to early 85.
