Need expert advise on building a 3.4 lt performance engine

Hi I have just bought a long engine 3.2 that I want to build into a reliable race engine
I have a new set of 46 mm PMO ,DC 60 cams ,1,5/8 headers to straight out mufflers.
Programable MSD Ign.
The question I need facts on is what is the maximum compression ratio and bore size can I go to running 100 octane fuel,
Ie can I go to 3.4 lt and 10.5 :1 98 mm JE pistons ? What rpm?
I do not want to go to twin plug. What is the max compression bore on 100 Octane .?
Track,road racing ,autox,road rally .
Any expert help would be great
Will the performance be much better from a 3.4 with the above to a 3.2 with the
10.5. :1 pistons etc .
Thanks
