leak down help

Hey Guys I'm looking to pick up a 964 3.6 engine(65k) but the seller doesn't have the proper tools. Anyone in Salem, Oregon area that could help me with getting a leak down done? The engine is from a 1990 c2 and looks "moist" so it will come all apart anyways do I even bother with leak down?
The owner has records but no papers on the cylinder update, I do have pictures if experts could look, I can post them here.

Leak Downs

Don't know how far Salem is from Portland, but Steve Weiner's shop is one that I would greatly recommend. Steve has forgotten more than most of us will ever know about 911's.
