Is this 930 cylinder junk?

I recently replaced the pistons and cylinders in my '87 911 turbo that has around 130,000 miles on it.
I'd like to sell the used pistons and cylinders as a set for something but I don't know what they're worth.
The nikasil plating is chipped off in a couple places at the top of one of the cylinders and there's some odd wear marks down the cylinder wall below the chips in the plating.
I'm guessing this is from detonation.

Here's one of the pistons.

All 6 cylinders and pistons and the cylinder with the chipped plating is on the right.
You can see the chipped off nikasil at about 4 o clock on the cylinder.

I guess you could have the cylinder bored, replated and honed to restore it but I don't know if these half finned 930 cylinders are worth the expense of doing all that. Maybe 5 of them are worth something and the one with the damage should be used as a pencil holder from now on.

Thanks for any opinions and if anyone's interested in them PM me

you can send em to L&N they might need more than replating if you have detonation damage they might also be out of round. If so they will either need to be cryo treated or thrown away depending on how bad they are.

Hi Ken, I already sold the set for $600 to a good guy here in West Palm. He really knows his Porsche stuff and he was happy.
5 of them were in good shape and the piston that was in the 6th cylinder wasn't bad either. None of the rings were broken when I removed them.

I think you'll like Jupiter Farms if you move there. I lived there in the southwest part of it in the early eightee's and I could hear the cars racing at Palm Beach International Raceway from where I lived.
