Gasket set contents

Do the Reinz gasket kits (head and case) include the aluminum sealing washers for the tensioner oil lines and the oil pressure sender?

Beats me, as I don't use kits. You can reuse these washers quite a few times without leaks. Easy for me to say, though, as I have a small plastic drawer full of various sizes of these in aluminum and copper, and usually can find what I need.

Yes they do have those aluminum seals. They do NOT have the orange rubber oring for the tensioner where it passes through the chain box cover. You have to order those separate.

Thanks, Turtle.
Did you find anything else was missing?

You should be good to go. Make sure you order M8 and M6 locknuts. I think there are about 88 M8 lock nuts used all over the engine. I usually order a box of each (qty 100) and some M8 regular nuts and wavy washers for each of the motors. Other than that, you should be good to go.

The Reinz kit I bought 2 years ago did have the tensioner O rings as well as all the aluminum sealing rings including extras. I did split the cases on mine and replaced all the case nuts, these are not in the kit. From Porsche at about .90 apiece. No oil leaks anywhere was my goal and achieved it.

The orings in the kit are a little bit smaller and can allow leaks.
The hardware from Porsche is pricey. Check out MMC. Much more reasonable.
While I'm thinking about it... You will need some loctite 574 and curil t. Both reasonably priced on amazon. PP may carry them but I haven't looked since I have a Prime membership. Lol.
Get yourself a bottle of acetone and rubbing alcohol too. Makes the last quick wipe before placing gaskets very convenient.

The Reinz kit I bought from our host last year did not have the tensioner through the cover o-rings. I had to source them separate. Luckily a Pelicanite had some he sent me. Cheers.
