Pmo efi

Do anyone have advice on what size PMO EFI throttles I should use on a 3.2ss with twin spark and 964 cams? It will be used on a 1973 street car.

46mm

40's are borderline too small and 50mm is too big.

I have 46mm motorcycle ITB's on my 2.6L (really 2550cc), 4 cylinder, type 4 bug engine, so per cylinder that's a bit bigger (637cc vs 533cc per cyl) than your engine.
My T4 may be bigger per cylinder, but the 911 head flows better and has higher RPMs.

46 is probably a really nice choice, I have something like 48 mm on my standard 3.2. As long as you can open the throttles nice, even and progressive you can get away with pretty big stuff.
