Engine Build Options - 2.0/2.4

I have a 69 2.0T engine with a damaged case and two damaged cylinders/pistons. The damaged parts are beyond repair. The 2.0 rods, crank, heads etc are OK and I'd like to reuse them. I have found a set of usable 2.4 pistons and cylinders and possibly a 2.4 case. I know very little about the various combinations of cases, cranks, and pistons/cylinders. Can I build anything worthwhile out of the 2.0 parts I have? I understand the 2.0 heads will have to be machined and I can do that. The engine isn't going in a 911 or 914, so power isn't a major concern at this time, but I'd like at least 100HP.

Does anyone have a case (2.0, 2.2, whatever) for a reasonable price?
