Servicing Carrera tensioners during rebuild

After a fair amount of searching, I haven't found anything written about servicing pressure fed Carrera tensioners during an engine rebuild. Are there any seals or o-rings to replace, or should I just make sure they're clean and reinstall them?
I do have the two o-rings needed for the covers that are not included in the gasket kit.

I just clean them out, make sure there is not corrosion in the lower part: You can do the stop mod too real easy:
