Depends on how far you want to go....if you read through my rebuild thread, you'll see that I've done everything apart from crankcase halves and 'box (I vapour blasted my pieces), and either left in the vapour blasted finish (e.g. intake manifold) or powder coated.

Tinware
Valve covers
Chain covers
Chain boxes
Cooling fan
Cooling fan housing
AC pump bracket
Power steering pump bracket
Some of the cooling shroud pipework....

I didn't soda/vapour blast the case halves or the gearbox, instead spending days of my life cleaning them manually....appreciate soda should dissolve, but the vapour blasting media that was used for my parts doesn't, so didn't want to risk not being able to flush all of it out again.
