3.4 L upgrade to 3.9 L 996

Hi all

My first time on a forum of any kind so please be gentle.

My 2001 3.4L 996 recently hydro locked due to a blown head gasket, stripped the plug from no 4 piston and sent ceramic and metal parts through the engine. Resulting in 3 scored barrels and Pistons.

Due to the fact I now need 3 new cylinder liners I am now considering having 6 new 100mm wet type ductile cylinder liners from Westwood liners with omega Pistons fitted to increase the capacity to 3.9 L.

My questions are have any of you had any experience of these products, what other areas should I look at upgrading / renewing whilst the engine is apart.

I know it's a lot to ask but all advice would be welcome.

Thanks
