930 3.3 low oil pressure

It just keeps going down hill. Fresh build, everything except the case & 964 oil pump was sent out to various machine shops, for inspection, re freshen, replacement. The case had been inspected and machined prior to my purchase. Stock bottom end out to the p&c's. Heads, injector blocks & intake ported, Elgin turbo cams, rebuilt fuel & wur, xdi ignition, rebuilt stock turbo. The alternator fan has block off plates on both sides. B&B headers with heat, not connected.

Currently using Dello 15-40 for the 200 mi break in. When cold 25-30 psi @ idle, 45-50 psi @ 3,000 rpm. When hot 190-210, 15-20 psi @ idle (green oil light does not come on), 30-35 psi @ 3,000 rpm.

I replaced the short (70mm) oil relief spring with the long (86mm) spring, with no change in oil pressure. I checked and swapped out the oil pressure gauge & sending units. Also tried the oil pressure gauge in the engine compartment to rule out some type of current drop.

Anything else to check before a tear down and farm out to a shop?

Put in 20/50 and a new oil filter. You checked with a mechanical guage, right? Did you put in the cam oil restrictors? Thats good for 5 psi...

Whats the max psi at 6000 rpm?
