S cam timing set up and degreeing with 10.5:1 90mm pistons and 2.4 crank

Hi,
I'm currently having my 2.4T engine rebuilt as follows:
2.4 crank
90mm high compression 10.5:1 pistons running on 99 octane fuel in the UK
original 90mm NOS cylinders
Web-Cam early 1967 S profile cams
Heads inlet ported to 36mm

Should I ask my engine rebuilder to follow the standard timing instructions provided by Web-Cam or does this combination require any special setting up? I'm new to engine rebuilding so hope this isn't too stupid a question.

Also, what carb is best suited to this set up? I'll probably have to source something from the States as these parts are getting pretty rare in the UK. At the moment I have Zeniths with 30mm venturis, 60 idle jets and 125 main jets. If anyone has anything useful to sell I'd be very interested.

Any advice will be very welcome.
Many thanks,
Rob

I have these Weber 40s on Ebay currently. They are pretty much set up for a 2.4S spec engine.

regards,
al
