Cylinder Head use/ PC bores

Is it possible to take a set of heads, previously used on 92mm PC and get them back on 84mm PC? ....Without reinventing the wheel.

My gut tells me, no. However you all are way smarter than I am.

That's going to be a challenge. You have about a 9.9mm difference. I suppose one could have a spacer made up to help keep the 84mm cylinder centered in the 107mm I.D. head bore.
