Maybe a long shot, but perhaps reach out to John Forbes at Black Forest or Bob at Eurowerks (both in Denver, NC). I'm sure they were familiar with him. I had heard at one point he was potentially renting space in 1 of the smaller NASCAR shops (Petty maybe), but not sure if that materialized.
