911R Style Intake Manifolds

Part of our EFI plan was to use 100mm tall intake manifolds similar to those used on the 911R.

We realise PMO make a tall intake but we thought we should try to make our own parts.

We have just completed the patterns for Replica 911R Manifolds.

These are cast in Aluminium for machining trials but when complete we will mount them in a frame complete with running system and cast them in AZ91.

Curious, what is the centerline spacing on the ITB end?

Also, will you offer a 41.5mm port size for a Carrera 3.2 head?

ITB/Carburettor end is the same spacing as a 911R for a Weber 40IDA/46IDA etc.

We have 2 basic versions.

Version 1 - 46mm dia to suit 46IDA and 38mm Intake Port

Version 2 40mm dia to suit 40IDA and 36mm Intake Port to suit 911S head

We will make thermal insulators to suit SC and 3.2 heads and there is enough metal to open then into a 41.5mm 3.2 head.

Hi Chris,

Just checking in with you, I'd like a set of your throttle bodies for my engine. Are they nearing production?
