Help with rebuilding my 02 3.6 996
Trying to find a good manual and some specialty tools to buy or rent from a guy that's already done it .I don't trust mechanics that just want to sell a $10,000 motor. I'm going to split the case.

I would go up on the 996/997 section. This I'd primarily air cooled motor info.

What are symptoms? Where r u located?
You can fab the piston circlip tool You'll probably need to buy the tool for cam timing. I don't remember any other tools being specific to the M96. Mike |
