Porsche 997 pedal ignition lock

Hi my 997 c2 s (tiptronic) start without pushing the brake pedal. Checked the brake light switch and it's working. Any help

There is a 996/997 forum. Ask there. All I know is that as late as 1989 the air oooled manual transmission 911s didn't have this safety feature. But my 07 turbo does. Better chance on the other forum of finding a kindred soul who knows how all this works on your car.
