resurface 930 cylinder heads

Hello,

I tried another company for resurfacing a set of 930 3,3 cylinderheads. I wasnīt attented when I picked them up, but today when I start assembling the engine I saw that they only cut the inside, but not the outer head surface. I checked with a feeler gauge and there is no play. I used new cylinders and they are 2.7 mm. The high difference in the head is 2.7 till 2.85. poor job, I will for sure not use them again. But what are the numbers I should have? Sorry for my poor english. Attached is a picture. I hope that makes it easyer to understand me. The blue numbers are the high differences. And this is where I need the original porsche numbers. I cannot find them in any of my book...
Many thanks in advance, Malte

They didn't go the full .25mm it looks like. The original surface should be 84.50mm. Those could be cut again and cleaned up, just adjust with a .50mm base gasket or what ever it takes. And yes the outer surface should have been cut the same amount or it can hit the cylinder fins.

Min would be 84.25mm

Thank you! I am pretty sure they just cut till the surface looked good and didn t kept any eye about how much they cut them. Do you know the factoy difference between the inner and the outer surface?

Every one I have measured is 2.50mm

Craig,
Would that same 2.50mm rule of thumb apply to the C2 Turbo heads that use a head gasket?
