Beautiful engine

I took this shot at local "Cars & Coffee" at Mayo Performance in North Texas. What a beauty-unfortunately, no details except in 964.

Gorgeous, super clean engine. If you're ever in LA; stop by our C&C - next one is May 20th. I've included a link below to our events gallery for you to enjoy more beautiful engines and cars

The side you never see............

Here is a picture of the 3.3SS in my SC. Taken about 4 years after the build. No cleaning since!

SteveW, is that 964 fan design any quieter than the older tech 11 blade version in my 82 SC (USA)? Just wondering. My (old, abused) ears ring somewhat after driving my car and its the engine fan noise that's doing it. Thanks in advance, John in CT

Hi John,

The curved blade fan design was for noise reduction only to satisfy the Swiss government.

Your SC/Carrera fan flows more air and is more desirable,......

My old ears have issues too so I use Musician's earplugs for longer trips in my (noisy) 911. These are custom made and available in different attenuations.

Of course, I was out of town that weekend and missed it !!

Tom was telling me about it over lunch earlier this week. It is a monster !!

Wonder if he will bring it to "May at Mayo's" (Cinco de Mayo's)" ?
