3.4 Twin plug Race engine build questions

I have been racing a 3.4 with 10.5 :1 JE pistons, Ge 60 cams, PMO 45 carbs 1/58 open headers.Twin Pluged, lightened fly wheel/ clutch, balanced . 5 x C/R gears, 2260 lb wet with driver.
I am wanting to gain mid to high range output 4000 to 7000 range. Using 104 Race gas, 30 Degrees all in
What is that max compression pistons available for 98mm mahle Cyl
What cam and exhaust ie GE 70 , GE80 ? 1/78? open exhaust. I have no class rules.
Many Thanks

Are you adverse to swapping to PMO ITB EFI? There's a significant amount more airflow to be had using ITBs as they aren't impeded by carburetor chokes. The mid range issue could be dialed out.

I wouldn't go to a larger a much cam if you are looking for more in the range you quoted. The DC65 is basically a GE60 cam but with about 1 or 2 degrees more duration+more lift. I'm a big fan of the DC65 cam.

With 104 race gas you can certainly run more compression, 12:1 is not unreasonable. Mahle does not stock really anything these days. Your best bet is to use your current liners and have someone like JE make a custom higher compression set of pistons. Steve with Top End performance in the LA area has a ton of experience with custom Porsche and Ferrari pistons and I'm sure already has designs for what you might be in the market for.

Sounds like a fun car and class
