how about this Milt..
a very loud electric air horn & a smog machine.. the horn can be purchased used. and the smog machine is nothing more than a windshield washer $20 pump and container, then a feed into an exhaust pipe before the muffler.. they will think they're going to be in the middle of an accident that is already happening.
