I'd concentrate on the primary down on the block because it is about 2" away in the oil passages from the pressure sending unit. But before you replace the OPRV, remove and clean the sensor. There is a small hole in the end that can get gunked up and could result in erroneous readings. Remove it and let it drain. Then use some carb or brake cleaner spray to help clean out any crud in the hole. Put it back in and see if the readings change.
