Is this color close to baby poo yellow? I may need to paint our retaining wall that color.
To make a long story short, our new neighbors are pissed because the retaining wall we built ON OUR SIDE of the property line to prevent water from flooding their side yard does not allow them to get around their own wall to mow their lawn, so they called code enforcement on us. As long as the retaining wall is on our side of the property line, he has no legal grounds to complain. Providing him access to his property is not our concern, right? Just seems so ridiculous, way to make friend with your new neighbors!
Should I offer to move the fence in return for to providing an easement at $50/month? Haha.
