There is a minor mistake in you drawing for the fuel lines (green). The green fuel line from the
FD (inlet) should be connected to the
fuel filter and not to the fuel accumulator as shown in your post. And the fuel filter is connected to the center fitting of the
FA. Side fitting of the
FA goes to
FP. No wonder you are building up fuel pressure because of these mis-connections. Keep us posted.
