The 964 caliper over 930 size rotors was a custom DIY job. If you are paying a shop to machine the calipers and make the adapters, I dont think it is cost effective and would just get 930 calipers if you are committed to 15" wheels. Bigger wheels are no problem, plenty of bolt-on kits available.
