That's a really long line, right? I believe it loops behind the engine and goes to the charcoal canister fastened to the right side fender behind the oil filler. The hose is connected to the air box above the throttle body where there is no vacuum. Shouldn't be a source of a vacuum leak.

That charcoal canister has two fittings on the back side (facing forward). I think this line goes on the top fitting.

I think the bottom fitting of the canister is actually a small hose that connects forward to the fuel tank to collect vapors.
