Brother Bob first was asking if he was invited to Thanksgiving dinner. Since my nephew Thomas is hosting the ordeal tomorrow had him email Bob an invitation. He told everyone he didn't have the money to pay for the gas to make the trip and how depressed he is getting because he doesn't have any place to go or anyone to spend Thanksgiving with.

Yesterday morning Tom and I anonymously deposited $100 in Bob's checking account.

Late yesterday evening Bob sent an email to everyone saying he wouldn't be able to make Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow because he doesn't have the gas money. Then he sent me a text about how depressed he is because he doesn't money to come visit and doesn't have any kids or grandkids he can spend the holidays with.

Sent a text back saying Check your bank account, and I don't have any kids or grandkids and it doesn't bother me.

Have not heard back from him.
