That sucks dude. I had a gent park his expensive NSX in a handy capped spot at a home depot store and take up 2 lanes, he and his bimbo got out of the car to go inside, I looked at him and shook my head, he just grinned and went inside. He had no handicapped sticker or any thing, he was just a turkey......
