Wrong question. Tire size is related to wheel width. You can only go so wide on the tires, probably a 225 width on the front and a 245 width on the rear. Check with the tire manufacturer for their recommended wheel sizes.
For filling the flares, consider the wheel offset and spacer width. You're probably stuck with the offset you have, unless you have 3 piece wheels and are willing to modify them. Spacer width will be determined by what offset you have.
