Are these the front (solid) or rear (flip out) pocket? both have a plastic hindge that is screwed to the metal door, you should find the small holes in your door bottom. On the front pocket, the front bolt screws into the metal door, the rear bolt (stud) is part of the pocket you just reach inside the door and run the nut on with a socket. Remember the front one should have a threaded hold in the door, no need to reach in there because you cant anyhow. If you need pics let me know.
