When I first saw a 911 config, I thought, how could that ever wear out??
I mean, you have low pressure valvesprings with a very wide contact area (rocker pad to cam lobe) plus far less total valvetrain mass (no lifter nor pushrod).
But wears seems to happen.
Been wondering.
