I knew a guy who had a mildly lifted truck, and his wife got it in the divorce. He was a drunk, and God knows what she was on, but one day they were arguing about the kids on the phone. She drove over to his house, and tried to drive through it. Literally.
He tried to get between the truck and the house, so she ran him over. Literally. I thought he was kidding me, until he pulled his shirt up, and I could see the tread marks on his chest like they were embossed on. Nice well defined welts, diagonally across his torso.
I don't know why he isn't dead, but she missed his head, and I guess the ground was soft and muddy. The two 4 YO twins would normally have been in the room that she demolished, watching TV, but they were in the kitchen having dinner.
What fun. I looked at the house, and helped him to put together an insurance estimate. That was about 10 years ago.
Unless you are a mudder, buy the Mustang.
