Hey everyone,

First time posting here so take it easy on me !

Ok, i purchased an 1987 924s 2.5l 5 speed manual as an project car to learn on( im 19 y/o).

When i first got the car it had a spark issue so it wouldn't start,i solved that issue by new Reference and speed sensor.

Now to my current issue. The car will start first turn of key every time however it dies almost immediately after that. does not matter if i give it throttle or not it will die. Will not idle longer than say 10-15 secs. Now from my limited knowledge that means it is a fuel issues ? am i wrong? I have narrowed it down to injectors. I think it is that due to what i have replaced already, not sure what else it could be. I just would like a second opinion from a knowledgeable source.

I am positive it is timed correctly as well as i did that when fixing the spark as a precautionary measure.

Everything i have replaced
Distributor w/ rotor
spark plugs
fuel filter
fuel pump
Temp. sensor
Reference sensor
Speed sensor
Ignition Coil
Dme relay
fuel pump relay
Vacuum hoses

I will try to reply as fast as i can with answers if you have a question. I am in college and ROTC and work so i have a hectic schedule sometimes. This is a weekend thing i've been enjoying so far. It will be fun if i can figure out the issue. Looking to do the timing belt and head gaskets after i get this issues figured out.
