I do not understand how you narrowed it down to the injectors. I'd suspect the AFM myself or a vacuum leak, but before replacing parts I would read the plugs and observe the injectors firing, look at the engine vacuum and so on.
Obviously if it stalls it's not getting enough of one thing or too much of another so which is it? Will it keep running if given a li'l shot of gas or starting fluid? Are the plugs wet or black?
If there is a chance the injectors are dirty I'd clean or replace them even if unrelated to this problem. Like if the car had sat a long time the injectors are probably somewhat spooged and it'll never be quite right until that is addressed.
