Hmm, well if all the plugs are black and equally so, I would not think all the injectors are hosing. I'd then suspect AFM or DME temp sensor, or perhaps more likely a blown FPR or fuel damper. Those are easy to check for gas coming out the vacuum side, but the FPR could also be stuck.
