...i'm quite sure that it's hard to find a truly good CIS system out there by now. Even though it might seem to run well, i'm sure not every component is still 100%.
A brand new CIS will work great...but after 40 years you got WUR's with wrong resistance, fuel distributors that are dirty inside, fuel accumulators with worn membrane, leaky AAR's, etc etc the list is endless, and the prices for second hand (all these parts are not available anymore) are rising quickly...for me, it had become economically unviable to keep patching up the CIS.
I'm very happy with my new system with almost nothing to fail.
