Exactly what I was going to recommend.
Get a more sturdy pan. Yours has been reefed on too much and I would just love to put a 18" machinists scale on the present one to see the undulations. The rubber gasket is not good with how it is deformed. Not so much the gasket, it's the imperfections in the pan and/or there is too much tightening (ft lbs) going on.
I struggled with a Jag XJ12 for months before springing for an aftermarket (GM) pan from Summit. It was cast aluminum. Rigid, machined mating face. A beautiful place to start over.
I did use red RTV without a gasket. Your shop can do this too. Key is to not hog it on. Start all the bolts in the bolt "circle" Tighten maybe six of them spaced equally finger tight until you can see the RTV squish out a touch. Walk away until morning. Tighten all in a pattern and the RTV when firm pushes back and seals rather than squishing out.
