Another good beer if you're ever in WI is New Glaurus, their Spotted Cow is an all time favorite. KC Bier Company is a new brewery in KC that's also great, I have a keg of their Hefeweizen on tap now.  |
I think we are in a hotbed of production craft beer companies here in central Cali. Firestone is local. As I mentioned, Tioga-Sequoia Brewery makes fantastic dark IPA.
