Yes, you can run with an O2 sensor reading just one bank, or you can run with it disconnected. If not connected, always open loop, the ECU applies predesignated fuel instructions, just as it does in other open loop conditions, even with O2 sensor connected. Typically it will run a little richer. Maybe better too.
