I don't believe all of the old banana mufflers, like a Dansk, are double skinned.

I agree I think the weight thing and cost of manufacturing probably convinced them not to manufacture this way.

Not a lot of people shopping for an aftermarket "Quiet" muffler.

Yeah If I had a converted muffler at one time but it was load and droned. I want one that is re-routed like yours is.

Probably have to build one myself.
