And if you further seal off and close the cabin by closing the outside air vent flap with the slide knob on the dashboard, I'd consider leaving the door windows down about an inch to assist in the prevention of mildew formation along with the use of previous poster's "damp rid" (or, another desiccant) use suggestion. I've used desiccant tubs from Camping World (popular to RV owners) that were sold in 2-packs and placed a tub on each footwell floor.
Although, maybe it'd be better to leave the dash vent air slide all the way open to allow the cabin to breathe since mice cannot get through the grill grating in front of the windshield where the vent air enters.
You may want to consider removing all carpeting too from not only the foot wells but also the front trunk - less material to absorb moisture AND removes all chance of mice chews.
And I've used carpet squares (showroom samples - free from home carpeting stores) placed under each tire to prevent flat-spotting (if you don't get all four off the ground with Jack stands, which would be my chosen storage set-up)
