I have M.A. Shaw Carbon Fiber parts on my car. They are around 20 years old (however, the car was in storage for 15 of those 20 years). They have seen numerous track events and a lot of hard street driving. No stress cracks, but the gel coat is showing signs of UV coloration ( the gelcoat was kept clear).
If you are going for quality, then be ready to spend the money. If you want a 20 footer, then price will not become a factor. Shaw, Getty Design, etc are good companies to deal with. I have full C.F. doors, both fenders, hood, front bumper, GT-2 EVO tail, and rear bumper...
They look great out of the box!!! But, if you are wanting anyone who sees the car to not know they are not metal parts, or the parts are going to be painted, be prepared to spend some money in labor to get them perfect. Here is a current pic of my car...
