With a hot starting problem that goes away when the car cools down I would put a bad check valve on the fuel pump high up on the list. Fuel in the injector rail is heated up via heat soak and vaporizes which forces fuel back into the gas tank because the check valve is leaking and results in vapor lock.

I'm not sure if you can buy just the check valve and you may need a whole new fuel pump.
