Thanks to the amazing help from the members here I was able to drive the car for the first time today.
The transmission shifts fine but there are two outstanding issues the car is backfiring and the distributor is all the way to the max left, turning it right shuts down the car.
The second is the car doesn't go over 4000 rpms via the gas pedal.
The vacuum line from the distributor is not connected to anything and this other line is blocked with a screw.
Where should I start?
